Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your CocoaCraft account data, email us at info@cocoa-craft.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".

Please include the email address associated with your CocoaCraft account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data so that we do not remove another person's information by mistake.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal account data that we are not required to retain for legal, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

If you signed in with Facebook, CocoaCraft may receive basic profile information and your email address from Facebook so we can create and manage your CocoaCraft account.

A deletion request sent to CocoaCraft will include personal data associated with your Facebook Login account connection in CocoaCraft systems.

You can also remove CocoaCraft from your Facebook account settings:

1. Log in to Facebook.
2. Go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
3. Open Apps and websites.
4. Find CocoaCraft and choose Remove.

Removing CocoaCraft from Facebook disconnects future Facebook access. If you also want CocoaCraft account data deleted from our systems, please send the deletion request email above.
