CocoaCraft infrastructure

From field to bar, with clear accountability

CocoaCraft connects the people, records, and decisions involved in cacao sourcing. Farmers and suppliers perform and document their work. Buyers perform their own purchasing and receiving checks. CocoaCraft provides the software infrastructure that keeps those records connected and traceable.

The platform is not the operator

Using CocoaCraft does not mean CocoaCraft inspects cacao, certifies quality, verifies every claim, purchases inventory, arranges freight, or accepts shipments on anyone's behalf. Those actions remain the responsibility of the participating organizations and their authorized service providers. Where separately contracted, CocoaCraft or an approved partner may provide specific paid services; the scope, responsibility, and deliverables must be explicitly agreed.
