Respond to an NCR in CocoaCraft
Practice exactly what to open, what to enter, and which button to press when a customer reports a nonconforming cacao lot. This training never sends changes to a real lot.

Open the NCR assigned to your supply lot
Where to go in CocoaCraft
CocoaCraft → Nonconformance & corrective action
Sign in to the supplier workspace. Open the NCR that the buyer raised against your lot. Suppliers respond to NCRs; the buyer creates the original NCR.
Find the record marked OPEN and tap the NCR number. Verify the lot and failure details.
If no NCR is visible when signed in, the buyer may not have opened or shared an NCR for your supplier lot yet. Contact the buyer; suppliers cannot create buyer-originated NCRs in this workflow.
