1. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining a secure account and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

2. Product Listings & Content

• Your listings must be accurate and lawful. No deceptive or unsafe products.

3. Fulfillment & Payments

• Suppliers pack and ship inventory to our 3PL. Cocoa-Craft handles fulfillment, billing, and remittance post-sale.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cocoa-Craft is not liable for supplier performance issues, delays, or indirect damages.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.
