Pricing that grows with your operation
We’re moving to flat workspace plans: Free, Starter $49/month, Pro $149/month, Scale $349/month, and custom Enterprise. Paid plans include unlimited users, so bringing your team together doesn’t add seat charges.
Your manufacturing records should be useful from day one. Free includes 5 saved recipes, 10 production runs per month, and unlimited manually entered or imported ingredient, lot, machine, calibration and maintenance records. Paid plans expand recipe capacity and direct connectivity. Additional equipment and supplier connections are available when you need automated data sharing.
Existing subscriptions retain their current prices and terms. Any move to a new plan is a separate decision.

Good production depends on shared context. Charging for every colleague can discourage the operators, quality team and managers from working in one place. Flat paid plans let you include everyone while choosing capacity that fits your operation.
Basic recordkeeping should stay accessible. You can keep machine histories, ingredient and lot records, calibration and maintenance schedules without paying for a direct connection. We charge for added capacity and automated connectivity as CocoaCraft does more work for you.
What this means for your workspace
Free has 5 saved recipe slots and 10 newly created production runs per calendar month. Starter has 25 recipe slots and 1 equipment connection; Pro has 75 recipe slots and 3 equipment connections. Scale has unlimited recipes, 5 equipment connections and 5 supplier connections. Paid tiers include unlimited users.
Monthly production-run and AI allowances for paid tiers are still being finalized. We will explain those allowances before introducing new limits.
Existing subscriptions stay on their current prices and terms. We will not automatically move them to the new catalog. Use your billing page to view your workspace and manage your existing subscription, or contact us to discuss a move.
Chocolate Lab remains your recipe and formulation path. Maker Workshop remains your production and operations path, with FactoryLink for equipment records and connectivity. The new tiers define capacity within those existing workflows.
